For a quick snack or as part of a cheese board, Tahi Spirulina Hummus is a tasty twist to a classic recipe.

1 can of chickpeas

3 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice

6 cloves of garlic – peeled and pressed

3 tbsp of olive oil

½ tsp of Cumin powder

1 tsp of Tahi Spirulina powder

Salt & pepper

Rinse can of chickpeas and drain. Pour into a bowl. Add lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin and spirulina powder. Use an electric stick mixer to blend everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve directly or let set in fridge for 15 minutes. Serves 4.
