For a quick snack or as part of a cheese board, Tahi Spirulina Hummus is a tasty twist to a classic recipe.

Ingredients:

1 can of chickpeas

3 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice

4 large cloves of garlic – peeled and pressed

3 tbsp of olive oil

½ tsp of Cumin powder

1 tsp of Tahi Spirulina powder

Salt & pepper

Steps:

  1. Rinse can of chickpeas and drain.
  2. Pour into a blender.
  3. Add lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin and spirulina powder.
  4. Pulse until mixture is blended well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
