Perfect for any time of day, Tahi Spirulina Smoothie is a delicious and healthy drink on the go packed with protein, antioxidants and high in iron.

2 cups frozen strawberries

1 cup frozen blueberries

3 whole bananas (fresh or frozen)

1 cup of plain Greek yoghurt

1 cup of milk

1 tbsp of honey

1 tsp of Tahi Spirulina powder


Place blueberries and strawberries into the bottom of your blender. Then add bananas. Pour in Greek yoghurt, milk, honey and spirulina powder. Pop on the lid and blend until everything is mixed well. Serves 4.
