Perfect for any time of day, Tahi Spirulina Smoothie is a delicious and healthy drink on the go packed with protein, antioxidants and high in iron.
1 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
3 whole bananas (fresh or frozen)
1 cup of plain Greek or coconut yoghurt
1 cup of milk (can use any milk of your choice: soy, oat, almond or rice milk)
1 tbsp of honey
2 tsp of Tahi Spirulina powder
- Place blueberries and strawberries into the bottom of your blender.
- Then add bananas.
- Pour in yoghurt, milk, honey and spirulina powder.
- Pop on the lid and blend until everything is mixed well.
